We were incredibly excited and blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of the Middleburg Christmas Parade on December 15th!
Originally we planned to enter a float into the parade. Unfortunately our decorations were not waterproof, so when we read the the forecast we decided it would be best to decorate our van instead. The weather called for severe thunderstorms around the time of the parade, with lightning. We were concerned the parade would be canceled, but we were assured it would go on unless the lightning started. So…we stepped out in faith and entered our float.
Thanks to the help of an incredible group of faithful volunteers, we were able to hand out over 900 invitations to our first service! It was great meeting so many people from the community. Unfortunately, we did not get to take many pictures due to the rain…but we did get one. God bless, Merry Christmas, and we hope to see you January 12th at 2:00 PM!
